Baking process description:

1. When using it for the first time, follow the product instructions and run for 30 seconds without any beans in the machine. Then press the stop button, then there will be about 3 minutes of automatic cooling.

2. Put 250-300g of coffee beans; Connect the power, turn on the machine power switch, select the baking level, Baking levels 1-7, from shallow to deep. After selecting the baking position, press the start/stop button.

When you hear 3-4 times a popping sound, press the clock button, the machine enter the automatic baking, When the machine enters in automatic mode,the clock indicator light is on.

There will be 3.5 minutes of cooling time after baking. Cut off the power and finish baking.

3. If the baking amount is relatively small, there is no need to set the baking position. Just press the start/stop button to start and finish the baking. Wait until the machine cooling is completed and then turn off the power. Do not need to press the clock key.


1. If you need to pause during baking, do not unplug the power supply directly.  Press the start/stop key, the machine will not stop working immediately, but into the cooling mode, spray cold air into the baked bean basket. The baking lamp flashes after pressing the start/stop button

2.  When baking, you should open the window or place it under the hood. Because natural coffee fats may produce smoke during baking

3. Please do not operate in a room with smoke alarm

4. Baked beans, after 6 hours, the taste will be better. The texture of the beans will be more stable after 3-7 days.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
